6. Information Security
We maintain an information security program with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of nonpublic personal information, consistent with the requirements applicable to title insurance agencies under the GLBA Safeguards Rule and applicable Florida law.
These measures include restricting access to information to employees and service providers who need it to perform their duties, secure handling of funds and wire instructions, verification procedures for payment instructions, and secure storage and disposal of records.
No method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we work to protect the information entrusted to us, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, wire instructions, or other sensitive information to us by unsecured email. Contact our office at (305) 605-3931 to arrange a secure method of transmission.
7. Wire Fraud Warning
Real estate transactions are a frequent target of wire fraud. Criminals monitor email accounts and send fraudulent wire instructions that appear to come from a title company, real estate agent, lender, or attorney.
Before transmitting any funds, call our office directly at (305) 605-3931 using a telephone number you have independently verified, and confirm the wire instructions verbally with a person you know. Do not rely on a telephone number contained in an email. Treat any email that changes, updates, or corrects previously provided wire instructions as fraudulent until you have confirmed it by telephone.
Premier Title Solutions will not be responsible for funds transmitted to an account other than one confirmed through this verification process. See our Terms of Use for additional provisions relating to wire fraud.
8. Text Messages
If you provide your telephone number and affirmatively consent by checking the applicable box on one of our forms, we may send you text messages regarding your inquiry, quote request, or transaction. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of obtaining any product or service from us.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you may request help by replying HELP. We retain records of consent and opt-out requests as required by applicable law, including the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act.
9. Data Retention
We retain records relating to title and escrow transactions for the period required by applicable law, by our underwriter's requirements, and by our own records retention schedule, and for so long as necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Florida law imposes specific record retention obligations on title insurance agencies with respect to escrow and closing records. Records are securely destroyed at the end of the applicable retention period.
10. Your Choices and Rights
- Access and correction. You may request access to the information we hold about you in connection with a transaction, and may ask us to correct information that is inaccurate. Contact us using the information in Section 15. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and some information may be subject to legal or underwriting restrictions on disclosure.
- Marketing communications. If you receive marketing emails from us, you may unsubscribe using the link in any such message. You may opt out of text messages as described in Section 8. We will continue to send communications necessary to service an open transaction.
- Cookies. You may control cookies through your browser settings.
Because we are subject to the GLBA, much of the information we hold is exempt from certain state privacy laws. The Florida Digital Bill of Rights applies only to entities meeting revenue thresholds that we do not meet, and does not apply to us. If a state privacy law becomes applicable to us, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
11. Notification of a Security Breach
In the event of a breach of security involving personal information, we will provide notice to affected individuals and to governmental authorities as and when required by the Florida Information Protection Act, Section 501.171, Florida Statutes, and any other applicable law.

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has provided information to us through the Site, please contact us so that we can delete it.
13. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to websites operated by third parties, including lenders, real estate professionals, our underwriter, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party website. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Site or our services after the revised policy is posted constitutes acceptance of the changes.
